This teacher has dedicated over 25 years to the vocation of teaching. She is an Angel here on earth! I have six children and am nominating Mrs. Clement because she deserves every teaching award or small gift she can get! Working at a small private school in an area that has been in a depression since logging and mining have left the UP, she takes home a pay check that is half that of a public school teacher. She does this for the love of children and the love of God. She brings God's love with her everyday and shares it with all her kids. Beyond that every year her class does numerous service learning projects; baskets for the area needy, tsunami relief, Haiti earthquake relief, and shut-in care gifts just to name a few. Her motto is that her classroom is a "risk-taking, mistake making" room. She goes the extra mile, she makes a difference, she loves, she prays, she sets by example, she is an Angel! And we are so very blessed to have her at Father Marquette School!
